Financial Transaction Coordinator
The Financial Transaction Coordinator will oversee the complete process of financial transactions and play a vital role in supporting the overall business objectives.
* Matching, coding, and verifying supplier invoices;
* Preparing and processing payment runs in accordance with company policies;
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies that may arise;
* Responding to queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner;
* Providing support for month-end AP reporting;
* Identifying areas for improvement across processes and systems.
This is a comprehensive role involving two days of remote work and a supportive work environment.
