We are seeking an experienced chef to work on a casual basis within our MayiCafe. You will be reliable, trustworthy and will know your way around a commercial kitchen.
Key Duties
* Day to day food preparation, cooking and service.
* Assist the Operations Manager as requested with coordinating kitchen activities including stock control, rotation, ordering, stock taking and more.
* To complete all duties on accordance with kitchen and service standard operating procedures.
* Cook fresh, high-quality café food in a stunning location.
* Keep the kitchen running smoothly and to high standards.

You will have:
* Experience cooking in a café environment
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery or completed Cooking Apprenticeship
* Stock take and Budgeting
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
