Description
You'll oversee end-to-end financial reporting, manage APRA submissions, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations. The role includes capital investment analysis, treasury oversight, and continuous improvement of financial systems and processes. You'll also lead a capable team, foster a culture of learning, and collaborate across the organisation to deliver strategic outcomes.
Profile
You're CPA/CA-qualified with at least 3 years post-qualification experience, and a proven track record in financial and statutory accounting. You bring strong leadership skills, a passion for mentoring, and a sharp eye for detail. Experience in MYOB Advanced, and insurance sectors will be highly regarded. You're a confident communicator, a systems thinker, and a proactive problem-solver.
