Our rapidly expanding SMSF accounting business is seeking an experienced Senior SMSF Accountant/Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our growth.
We have over 320 SMSFs under administration, with our portfolio growing at approximately 30% annually, reflecting the strength of our client relationships and referral network.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior SMSF Accountant/Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a high-growth opportunity where you will:

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review annual SMSF returns for audit submission
• Oversee workflow management of the lodgement program
• Ensure client documentation is collected and managed efficiently
• Provide clients with guidance on SMSF-related queries, including contribution caps
• Monitor reconciliations and account management
• Recruit, train, and mentor junior staff to optimise team performance
• Liaise with auditors and third-party service providers
• Implement and manage workflow systems to streamline processes
About You
• Registered Tax Agent (or eligibility to obtain) – essential
• Experience using Class Super software – essential
• SMSF Specialist Advisor accreditation – highly desirable
• 5–10 years of SMSF accounting and taxation experience
• Advanced technical knowledge of SMSFs
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
• A proactive, growth-focused attitude
• A history of consistent employment in public practice or SMSF administration
