Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist
We are building Australia\'s first and only neuro-rehabilitation gym that combines technology with human expertise. The role is for Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Exercise Physiologist with an interest in neuroplasticity to join a ground-floor team delivering innovative rehab using AI, robotics, VR, and gamified platforms.
This is a pioneering opportunity at Morayfield, Queensland, focused on neuroplasticity-driven rehabilitation where technology enhances client outcomes. Roles are available as part-time, full-time, casual, and contract positions.
Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering cutting-edge rehabilitation programs for people with neurological impairments.
* Harnessing AI-powered feedback systems to personalise therapy.
* Using robotics to assist clients in regaining movement.
* Guiding clients through VR experiences that retrain the brain and body.
* Supporting individuals funded by DVA, NIISQ, NDIS, and others living with neurological conditions.
* Providing hope, empowerment, and measurable progress to clients.
This role is not just a clinical role; you will be a pioneer, innovator, and changemaker.
Training and Development
* Comprehensive training in neuroplasticity principles and their practical application.
* How to operate and integrate state-of-the-art AI, robotics, and VR systems.
* Combining clinical exercise physiology with technology-driven rehab for maximum impact.
* Engaging and motivating clients through gamification.
On completion of onboarding, you will be among the most technologically skilled rehabilitation professionals in Australia.
Clients and Impact
* Veterans (DVA clients): rehab for neurological injuries, PTSD, or complex conditions.
* NIISQ clients: ongoing support after life-changing injuries.
* NDIS participants: striving for maximum independence and quality of life.
Each client is seeking possibility, and you will guide them toward it.
Technology and Innovation
* AI-driven rehabilitation platforms that adapt in real time.
* Robotic-assisted gait training enabling movement beyond unaided capability.

What We're Looking For
* Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT, EP, or Physio.
* Genuine passion for neuroplasticity and neurological rehabilitation.
* Previous experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred but not essential.
* Excited by technology and open to mastering new tools.
* Innovation, curiosity, and willingness to push boundaries.
* Empathy, encouragement, and respect when connecting with clients.
* A desire to influence beyond a traditional role.
* Must hold or be willing to obtain National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
