About the Role
Step into a senior role at the Royal Adelaide Hospital Burns Unit.You'll manage complex burns care while shaping best practice.Build strong MDT links and trusted advice pathways.Create a supportive learning space for staff and students.Maintain high quality care from admission to discharge.
Duties
* Deliver advanced burns physiotherapy care
* Manage a complex clinical caseload
* Consult with peers and referrers
* Advise managers on burns practice
* Supervise staff and students
* Support team learning and education
* Collaborate with medical and allied health teams
* Liaise with follow up care providers
About You
You're a confident senior clinician who brings calm leadership, sharp judgement and a genuine passion for burns care in a fast paced public hospital setting.
* Hold a recognised physiotherapy degree with AHPRA registration
* Apply advanced judgement in complex burns and acute care
* Lead care, supervise staff or students, share knowledge freely
* Deliver evidence based, patient centred practice with impact
* Work safely across rosters, manual handling and out of hours care
