As an Officer, Admissions you will:
* Deliver timely, high-quality responses to client requests, queries, and complaints.
* Provide admissions and RPL support through accurate and efficient administration.
* Offer clear advice and referrals while building strong, positive stakeholder relationships.
* Communicate key information clearly, ensuring messages are understood and meet audience needs.
* Contribute proactively to a collaborative, inclusive team by showing initiative and embracing new ideas.
To be successful, you'll have:
* Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
* Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
* An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
* Experience in administration and related activities and services in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures
