**Your new role**
Your new role as Service Coordinator is to support the team by providing administration assistance with a customer service focus. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quotes and cost estimates to new and existing clients.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Booking jobs and scheduling a team of technicians.
- Updating the database to reflect job status.
- Providing updates to clients.
- Check work has been completed and following up outstanding work.
- Managing client equipment records.
- Some unpacking and packing of customer equipment (as required).
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with computer systems, experience with Xero and ERP Software is ideal
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time-management skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Positive "can-do" attitude and willing to learn
