Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a well-known government department leading digital transformation for a cyber resilience and uplift program. The main focus of this role is to perform project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects within the program.
This is a 6-month contract, following a hybrid work set up (Haymarket and WFH)
Rate is up to $800 per day + super - Grade Level 7/8
**About the Job**:
support the project lead/s in the delivery of organisational and/or business project
- Develop and maintain customer, stakeholders and vendor relationships through effective
communication, negotiation, and issues management
- Prepare and maintain project related documentation and source and collate information for reporting,
monitoring and evaluation purposes
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed
decision-making and planning
**About You**:
- At least 3-5 years of project coordination experience in a large and complex organisation
- Preferably with experience in digital and tech transformation projects
- Government experience preferred
- Cybersecurity and uplift transformation projects background is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
