Civilmart and Infrastructure Products Australia (IPA) have come together under the global parent company CRH. This merger marks a significant step in strengthening Australia's civil infrastructure supply chain by combining the expertise and capabilities of two of the most recognised names in precast and civil concrete manufacturing. We're looking for a Pricing Analyst who enjoys working with numbers, people and data to help us make better commercial decisions. If you like understanding how things work, finding patterns and supporting teams with clear insights, this role will suit you well.
What the role is about
As our Pricing Analyst, you'll help us keep our pricing accurate, consistent and competitive. You'll analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, production costs and site performance to make sure our pricing reflects the true value of our products and supports strong margins.
This role works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams across the country. Your work will help ensure our pricing is well-governed, well-understood and applied consistently across all Civilmart sites.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing pricing performance across products, customers and locations
Supporting price reviews and helping the team understand margin impacts
Maintaining price lists and customer-specific pricing
Monitoring discounting and identifying opportunities to improve price discipline
Preparing meaningful reports and dashboards that help leaders make good decisions
Supporting major quotes, tenders and project pricing
Working with the wider Commercial Excellence team on national initiatives
What we're looking for
A numbers-focused thinker with strong analytical skills
Someone who enjoys working with data and turning it into practical insights
Solid Excel skills (experience with ABM & BI tools is a bonus)
Good communication skills and the ability to work with people across different teams, across different levels
Experience in pricing, analytics, commercial support or finance (2–5 years)
A keen eye for detail and an interest in improving processes
