What you will do?
- Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
- Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
More about you
- Previous Commis Chef experience
- Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
- Solid background in kitchen operations
- A passion for food and creative flair
- Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
