Social Manna is seeking a sharp, experienced Head Chef to lead our high-performing kitchen. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role with actual balance, proper support, and creative input.

Minimum 1 year Head Chef or Senior Sous experience and 5 years as a qualified Chef.
High-volume café or brunch venue experience essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with rostering (Deputy), ordering, stock control, and food costing (Restoke), reporting (Lightspeed).
Ability to train, support, and retain a high-functioning kitchen team.
Excellent time management and kitchen organization.
Brunch/lunch plating consistency and a love of flavor-forward cooking.
Knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols.
Calm under pressure, collaborative under fire.
