We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel operations. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Operations Management: Direct and supervise reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities.
* Sales and Marketing: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional activities and attract new business.
* Human Resources: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain high performance standards.
* Financial Management: Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and control operational costs.
You will be expected to have:
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Financial management and reporting capabilities.
