What You'll Do
* Support and optimise eCommerce, CRM, and automation platforms (Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, website performance, and SEO improvements
* Use data and analytics to drive smarter business and marketing decisions
* Collaborate across teams to streamline systems, automate workflows, and enhance efficiency
* Help document, refine, and improve marketing and digital processes
* Provide insights to improve customer journeys, engagement, and conversion
* Stay curious — test, learn, and help the business continuously evolve digitally
What You'll Bring
* Experience in one or more of the following: eCommerce, digital marketing, CRM, SEO, analytics, or automation
* Confidence using digital tools, dashboards, and cloud-based systems
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Curiosity and adaptability — comfortable learning new platforms and technologies
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work across marketing, development, and operations
* Exposure to agile or continuous improvement environments is a plus
