Our Federal Government client is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team. This is a 12 month contracting role with a 2x12 months extension option. This role is open to ACT and Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a NV1 Security Clearance.

Experienced IT Change Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale technology and organisational change initiatives within complex environmentsThrives in dynamic settings and excels at engaging stakeholders.Deep expertise in change management frameworks and a hands-on approach, bringing the ability to develop tailored strategies while ensuring practicality and effectiveness.Experience within large and complex IT environments is essential.Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies.Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive change adoption.Assess change impacts, readiness, and risks, developing mitigation strategies.Provide expert advice on change management best practices and methodologies.Drive the execution of communication, training, and engagement plans.Align multiple concurrent change initiatives with organisational priorities.Collaborate with project teams, executives, and business units to ensure smooth transitions.Monitor, track, and report on change management effectiveness and adoption.Support employees in navigating business and technology transformation.Work effectively in a small team environment.Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other teams.Record and maintain files/information in accordance with the client's requirements.To be considered for this role, you must have:
Solution: The extent to which the potential supplier's response meets the client's requirements as set out in the ATM documents.Ability to deliver: The extent to which the potential supplier demonstrates its capability and capacity to provide the requirements.Whole of life costs: The whole of life costs for the client.
