Eye & Laser Surgeons is a premium ophthalmology practice specialising in laser vision correction, and premium cataract surgery. We're seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator who can blend creative execution with commercial discipline — someone who understands that content is only valuable if it converts.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, lead management, patient education, and sales performance. You'll work closely with the directors and our external marketing partners to ensure every enquiry is tracked, nurtured, and handled to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing
Marketing & Content
* Create and manage marketing content across social media, website, blogs, and email
* Design campaigns using Canva and related tools
* Develop patient education videos explaining the vision correction journey
* Produce short-form video content for social platforms and longer-form educational material for the website
* Maintain clear, consistent branding across all channels
CRM, Leads & Analytics
* Use CRM platforms (Mailchimp, Typeform, HubSpot or similar) to:
* Track enquiries and lead sources
* Monitor response times and follow-up quality
* Maintain clean, reliable data
* Monitor Google Analytics and social media insights to guide strategy
* Produce regular reports on:
* Lead volume
* Conversion rates
* Campaign effectiveness
Sales & Enquiry Handling
* Track inbound enquiries and phone calls — ensuring no lead is lost
* Identify gaps in enquiry handling and follow-up
* Support and improve sales conversations through:
* Staff training
* Scripts and workflows
* Feedback based on real data
* Measure and report improvements in enquiry handling and patient conversion
Collaboration & Strategy
* Work closely with the directors to align marketing activity with business goals
* Coordinate with external marketing advisors and specialist refractive marketing partners
* Support referrer engagement, CPD events, webinars, and outreach initiatives where needed

About You
* Experience in ophthalmology (especially refractive surgery), elective medical marketing, optometry, or other healthcare is highly regarded
* Confident writer who can adapt tone across platforms
* Essential experience with CRM systems including proven ability in analytics and performance reporting
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
* Understands that marketing is not just visibility — it's conversion
* Bonus: experience with CPD events, referrer engagement, or patient education content
