About the Role

As a Western Australian Government agency, we provide shared services to the state's public health system.

We work behind the scenes to ensure the WA health system runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

* Responding to and resolving customer interactions at first contact or directing the interaction to the appropriate business unit for resolution.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
* Promoting the Contact Centres role and services.
* Processing documents with a high level of accuracy.
