Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Account Manager.


Job Description

* The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, transferring knowledge, identifying sales growth opportunities, creating quotes, and maintaining scheduled customer meetings.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* 5+ years' experience in technical sales or account management with a proven track record of success.
* Technical qualification in Electronics Engineering, Communications, or IT Solutions Architecture is highly regarded but not essential.
* Experience in Surface or Underground mining and Hazardous Areas is desirable.
* A sound understanding of the mining market and ecosystem is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
