The Opportunity

* Provide general administrative support to key stakeholders across the depot.
* Assist with documentation and data input across various functions, including payroll, compliance, training, and operations.
* Achieve certified status by completing the traineeship - Cert III Business Administration.
* Attend meetings as required, take meeting minutes, distribute documentation prior to and following meetings, ensure action points are followed up.
* Maintain databases, platforms, and systems.


The Skills You Need

* You must be enthusiastic and ready to learn.
* This role requires great communication skills, and someone who loves being part of a team.
* Self-motivated with a demonstrated approach to business operations and a positive attitude towards change.
* Ideal is a current car license.
