Mars Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit health organisation to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead for a specialist Family, Domestic & Sexual Violence (FDSV) Mental Health Program.
This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing clinical governance, service delivery, and team development within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented service supporting victim-survivors and their families. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians while remaining clinically engaged, ensuring best-practice, culturally safe, and evidence-based care.

The Opportunity
As Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and governance, while supporting clinicians delivering trauma-informed mental health therapies to individuals and families impacted by FDSV.
This role blends strategic leadership, clinical excellence, team development, and stakeholder collaboration, while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary mental health team
* Deliver and oversee trauma-informed, recovery-oriented therapy
* Lead clinical governance, quality assurance, audits & compliance
* Provide advanced clinical supervision and mentoring
* Support early career clinicians and provisional psychologists
* Develop and implement service strategies and clinical standards
* Engage with cultural and lived-experience reference groups
* Build collaborative relationships with key community stakeholders
About You
You will be an experienced mental health clinician and clinical leader, passionate about trauma-informed care, team development, and service excellence.
Essential Criteria:
* Full AHPRA or AASW registration (Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, MH Social Work)
* Extensive experience delivering trauma-informed mental health therapies
* Strong background in FDSV clinical service delivery
* Demonstrated clinical supervision and leadership experience
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage clinical governance, risk, and quality frameworks
* Driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
