As Venue General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Noosa venue, bringing the energy, setting the tone, and leading a team that loves what they do. You'll make sure every shift runs smoothly, every guest leaves happy, and the vibe stays high every single day.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear, values‐led leadership to build and develop a high‐performing team
* Oversee all day‐to‐day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and brand standards
* Drive financial performance across labour, COGs, and P&L outcomes
* Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
* Ensure health, safety, and food compliance standards are consistently met
* Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve operational and service excellence
* Foster a positive, accountable, and performance‐focused team culture.
About You
* Proven leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
* Confident in building teams and developing emerging leaders
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and problem‐solve effectively
* Hands‐on and adaptable, with a proactive leadership style
