In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our safety culture, working collaboratively with an incredible network of professionals to transform how we approach manual handling across all our campuses. You’ll partner closely with:
- No Lift Trainers
- Return To Work Coordinator
- Health & Safety Representatives
- Managers
- The Organisational Development team
As our Safe Manual Handling Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of overseeing and managing our comprehensive manual handling programs, ensuring that every practice, procedure, and implementation strategy meets the highest standards of safety and effectiveness. This isn’t just about compliance – it’s about creating an environment where every team member can work confidently, knowing their wellbeing is our top priority.
