We're excited to offer a full-time opportunity in our Erina office as an Associate, Technical Services. In this role, you'll work alongside a team of highly qualified, experienced professionals who are passionate about fostering a supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture.

What you'll do:

The Associate, Technical Services plays a pivotal role in delivering professional, client-centric financial advice and supporting the Advice Team to achieve superior client outcomes. This position involves engaging with new and existing clients, developing tailored financial strategies, managing the end to end advice production process, ensuring all advice and documentation meet licensee and industry compliance standards. Working closely with senior advisers, the Associate provides day to day support across advice delivery, documentation, and client service, while utilising Wealth Central to enhance efficiency and the overall client experience.

As part of the Professional Year program, the Associate will undertake supervised adviser activities including strategy development, advice production and presentation, and ongoing client service. The role includes servicing Fixed Term Service Agreement and risk only clients, maintaining accurate records, attending client discovery and review meetings, managing all Professional Year requirements such as logging hours, submitting documentation, and participating in regular supervision meetings. These responsibilities provide structured development toward progression into a Financial Adviser role.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a clear ability to articulate the value of financial advice while building trusted, long term client relationships. They will contribute to business development initiatives through referrals and network engagement, uphold CAA's culture and policies, maintain required qualifications, CPD, and licensee training standards. Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

* Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and industry contacts through phone, email, and written documentation.
* Maintain up to date technical knowledge to consistently deliver high-quality, compliant advice.
* Embrace and model CAA's culture, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
* Meet ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements set by the licensee, RI Advice Group Pty Ltd.
* Hold a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification.
* Complete all required Professional Year training and development as outlined by the licensee.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
