Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a leading procurement consultancy based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Consultant – Procurement to join their team.
In this role, you will partner with clients to deliver end-to-end procurement solutions, drive sourcing initiatives, and contribute to broader procurement transformation programs. This is a hands‐on consulting role suited to someone who can operate both strategically and operationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across multiple categories across the private and public sectors.
* Prepare procurement and contracting documentation, including approvals, tenders, evaluations, recommendations, variations, and terminations.
* Support and deliver procurement strategy development, including category planning, supplier management, risk, and commercial outcomes.
* Manage the transition and implementation of new contracts, suppliers, and procurement processes.
* Conduct business needs analysis, market assessments, and commercial risk evaluations.
* Analyse spend data, supplier performance, and supply chain risks to identify improvement opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, senior leaders, and vendors.
* Contribute to procurement transformation and advisory engagements across a range of clients.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior procurement, category management, procurement consultant, or senior contract specialist role.
* Exposure to consulting, government, or complex corporate environments is highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks, sourcing methodologies, and commercial governance.
* Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes and deliver outcomes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong analytical capability with attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, evolving, and client‐focused environment.
