The Organisation
Our client is a market leader within the consulting space and is looking to onboard a like minded & highly skilled accounts officer on a part-time basis 24 hours per week. Our client is looking for someone that can work well within a team environment.
The Responsibilities
The duties of this role will combine Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, and include the following but not be limited to:
* Accounts Payable duties
* Processing of invoices
* Weekly payment runs
* Supplier reconciliations
* Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
* Accounts Receivable duties
* Payroll related duties
* Allocating and receipting payments
* Collection calls and emails
* Various office admin duties
* Other Adhoc duties to assist the broader team
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes and qualities, however not limited to the following:
* Previous experience within accounts
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work within a team environment
