Our organization seeks a Field Services Officer to provide expert field services to financial institutions, law firms and insurers. This role entails delivering critical documents, conducting in-depth interviews with individuals regarding their financial circumstances, negotiating debt repayment and repossessing assets.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in enforcement, legal-support or banking/financial services. Prior experience is not mandatory, but comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided by our Director. You will also work towards completing a Certificate III in Financial Services (Mercantile Agents).
This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Technology and equipment are supplied.
