Full-time Permanent Associate
Posted 26 Feb 2026
Description
If a loan file technically complies — but wouldn't survive a second look — do you notice?
They see a checklist ticked and move on.
Others pause.
They sense when something technically passes but doesn't quite sit right — and they know that's where real risk lives.
At Infinity Group Australia, that instinct matters.
We help everyday Australians cut up to 20 years off their home loans, saving an average of $270,000 over the life of their loan. That promise only holds if our lending decisions, approvals and compliance standards stand up not just today — but years down the track.
This role exists to protect that standard.

The Opportunity
Infinity is a high growth financial services business — but we don't operate like a bank.
Our lending operation moves at pace and scale, which means quality assurance and compliance can't sit on the sidelines. They need to be embedded, practical, and commercially aware.
This role sits squarely on the finance side of the business, close to credit decisions, approvals and post approval activity.
It's designed for someone with a credit background — a credit analyst or assessor — who understands lending risk and is ready to step off the tools of pure assessment into a broader role with more influence.
The QA and compliance function itself is growing, so this role isn't static. As the business scales, so does the opportunity to broaden scope and responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands on, operational role focused on lifting quality across lending — not a policy only position.
You'll be responsible for:
Assisting with Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) by:
