The Client

The Role
* Prepare and manage contracts and Form 6 documentation
* Liaise with solicitors and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
* Organise calendars and coordinate appointments
* Assist with property marketing including photos and building listings
* Maintain databases and produce regular reports
* Support the director with daily operations of the business
* Keep associates and agents accountable from an organisational perspective
The Successful Candidate
* Prior Real Estate experience - EA/PA to high performing agent or operations experience essential
* High level of communication and attention to detail
* Operational mindset and ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
