Job Description
As a key member of the vineyard team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the growth and maintenance of our vines.
Working closely with the Vineyard Operations Supervisor, you will contribute to the success of our harvests, prune and manage canopies, control diseases and pests, operate irrigation systems, maintain equipment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and is willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
* Basic knowledge of tractor operations and farm machinery would be advantageous
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
