We are looking for Accounts Payable Officer to join our national Finance group. We have a friendly team culture and our Business Services team is at the core of our success. Accountabilities
* Review and process high volume of invoices for client and firm creditors
* Review and process partner/staff expense reimbursements
* Reconcile key creditor accounts on a weekly/monthly basis
* Arrange daily payment of invoices through online banking platform
* Assist in the management of all queries relating to the accounts payable function
To succeed in this role, ideally you\'ll have:
* Accuracy and timely entry of invoice processing
* Strong time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience with our practice management system (Aderant) is desirable but not essential, otherwise comfort with finance software
