Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team of professionals. The role involves working in a hybrid environment, allowing flexibility to work from home and in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist account brokers with client insurance and risk needs, ensuring accurate and timely support.
* Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their insurance requirements and provide excellent customer service.
* Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
* Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner, maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
* Maintain key stakeholder relationships with brokers, underwriters, executives, and managers, fostering strong partnerships and open communication.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
