The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator. We have an exciting pipeline of works and a supportive and inspiring team that is truly passionate about what they do.

* Providing commercial advice and assistance where required in respect to Winslow Group contracts, including interpretation, preparation, submission, and compilation/recording/filing of documentation
* Analysis and appraisal of tender submissions
* Dispute resolution - Analysis of claims and counter claims including liaising with legal advisors if required
* Competently and accurately support in the setup of Progress Claims, support regular Processing and Review
* Maintain the contractor data base
* Effectively support procurement activities during tender and delivery phase
* Competently contribute to procurement and project estimating
* Competently support in the Procurement of rates and effectively Award contracts

Here's what we are looking for…

* A person who excels in collaborating in project teams and has a passion for complex and major infrastructure projects.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Legal, Quantity Surveying, Commerce or Business.
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure and/or building projects
* Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
* Knowledge of Jobpac and PayApps preferred but not mandatory
* Demonstrated experience in effectively working with multidisciplinary teams
* Team player
