Job Description
The People & Culture Business Partner will be based in Port Lincoln and will play a pivotal role in enabling our workforce, building leadership capability, and enhancing employee experience across our South Australian sites.
You will be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on partner, ensuring People & Culture initiatives are embedded locally while aligning with national business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders as a trusted HR advisor and coach.
Drive workforce and succession planning aligned with Yumbah's growth.
Lead change management during growth, acquisitions, and cultural shifts.
Prior experience in change management is required for this role.
Support leaders with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and modern awards.
Champion employee engagement initiatives to drive culture, morale, and retention.
Share regional insights to inform the National People & Culture strategy.
Maintain strong visibility across multiple sites through regular engagement.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
We're looking for a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You'll bring commercial awareness, deep insight into how to create a great place to work and build high performing teams and be a strong relationship builder at your core.
You'll need:
5+ years in a generalist or HR business partner role.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
Proven ability to influence leaders and build strong relationships.
Experience in multi-site or manufacturing environments (highly regarded).
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
You'll be:
