The Role
* Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 local properties
* Build long-term relationships with landlords through exceptional customer service
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests with the support of a dedicated team
* Resolve escalated issues and complaints in a professional manner
* Utilize offshore administration support as needed
* No leasing or administrative tasks
The Candidate
* A Certificate of Registration or License, car, driver's license, and other relevant tools of the trade
* A background in Property Management, preferably with experience in the field
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to provide exemplary customer service
* An immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a top-performing team
