Responsibilities:
* Lead the design process, from conceptualisation to project completion, ensuring the delivery of innovative and inspiring architectural solutions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate sustainable design principles and optimise project outcomes.
* Prepare and present design proposals, utilising advanced software and visual tools to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough research to stay abreast of emerging architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
* Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
* Proven experience in architectural design and project management, with a portfolio showcasing your innovative and high-quality work.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
* Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
