About you
We are currently seeking a New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our awesome team. Guiding customers through our process of providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. We have a supportive team who strive for excellence and have a real passion for customer service.
* Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations, and conducting test drives
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
* Ability to perform in high pressure environments
* Excellent negotiation skills
* A friendly and self-motivated personality along with excellent presentation that reflects business and dealership standards
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and management
* Well-developed telephone techniques
* Initiating and maintaining relationships with customer
* Demonstrating thorough product knowledge
* Accurately logging activities
* Generating sales and converting leads
* Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate referrals
