**Executive Assistant - Finance Director

**What you will do**
This exciting role supports two of our Finance Director's. This opportunity will be varied with no two days the same. You will play a vital role in a true business partnership providing confidential 'right hand' support in all aspects of personal assistance.
- Providing administrative, including document preparation, complex diary management, meeting coordination and general administrative duties
- Provide administration support for the director and his leadership team (as required)
- Forward-thinking/planning of meetings, travel & events across calendars
- Create information/presentation packs the Director can use in meetings & presentations
- Organise large team events and offsites including securing speakers all things event oriented
**Who we're looking for**
You're passionate about providing a high level of executive support and being part of the team. You're proactive with lots of initiative and can collaborate with different teams to drive outcomes and solutions. You have a naturally engaging style with the ability to build relationships with your stakeholders
**You will also have
- Extensive experience providing EA support to senior leaders, at the General Manager level and above
- Experience supporting Executives within a large complex and highly matrixed environment
- High level of integrity/confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with priority of work, knowing what takes priority, what can be handled directly and when to escalate
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience creating informative presentation packs
