Job Summary: Provide field-based technical support and service for a range of compressor systems. This role involves conducting routine maintenance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct overnight field trips to service breakdowns, maintenance and customer support
* Promote and sign up medium to long-term customers under preventative maintenance plans
* Provide customer support (internal and external) for the assigned equipment
* Complete all documentation and administrative requirements
* Pass sales leads onto sales staff
* Achieve weekly and monthly productivity targets
Requirements:
* Knowledge of compressors or similar is essential
* Ability to converse and communicate technical and product information to customers internal and external
* Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
* Trade qualifications Cert III – Fitter and Turner with a minimum of 5 years maintenance experience
