About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Queensland to grow and manage our sales presence across the state, build strong dealer partnerships, and drive sales across the full Scots Ice Australia equipment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all Queensland sales activity through dealers and resellers
* Identify and develop opportunities across key markets, including hospitality, healthcare, mining, supermarkets, education, and food production
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‐makers
* Execute regional business development plans aligned with national strategy
* Provide regular pipeline reporting and sales activity updates to the General Manager
* Deliver product training and support to dealers, service agents, and customers
* Travel throughout QLD to support customers, partners, and industry events
About You
* Proven success in B2B sales and business development
* Background as a qualified Chef or Baker with a strong industry network (highly regarded)
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship‐building skills
* Self‐motivated, organised, and commercially focused
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting tools
