About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will act as the key link between clients and Financial Planners, ensuring every stage of the advice journey is coordinated, compliant and delivered with care and precision.
You will:
* Champion the client experience from initial engagement through to ongoing service
* Proactively communicate with clients and advisers regarding implementation of advice
* Coordinate workflow and ensure tasks progress within required timeframes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and database information
* Manage client queries and complaints in line with compliance requirements
* Ensure all work aligns with legislative obligations and Invest Blue standards
About You
You are relationship-focused, conscientious and confident in managing multiple priorities. You take pride in delivering exceptional service and understand the importance of compliance within financial services.
You will bring:
* Experience in a client-facing customer service or relationship management role
* Exposure to financial planning or professional services (highly regarded)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
* Attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance
