Responsibilities
We are seeking a Bid & Tender Manager to take ownership of the end to end process, coordinating opportunities from identification through to submission. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure proposals are competitive, compliant, and high quality, while also helping to develop processes, frameworks, and continuous improvement stratergies.
Key Responsibities:
- Identify and manage tender opportunities aligned with the organisation's capabilities.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to prepare compelling proposals.
- Ensure all submissions meet compliance requirements and mandatory critetia.
- Maintain tender pipeline, tracking systems, and reusable proposal content.
- Conduct win/loss analyses and implement continous improvement stratergies.
- Provide strategic advice on tender positioning and competitive advantages.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this Bid & Tender Manager role will have proven experience in bid, tendet, or proposal management, bringing strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills. This role suits someone who is proactive, open minded, and thrives in a fast paced environment where manageing muiltiple deadlines, teams, and stakeholders is the norm.
- Essential: Previous experience in bid, tender or proposal management, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality, compliant submissions. Ability to coordinate teams and external partners effectively.
- Ideal: Exposure to integrated services, facilities management, or multi-industry environments, with experience contributing to strategic proposals and improving tender processes. Familiarity with leveraging AI or digital tools in proposal preparation is a plus.
- Desired Attributes: Open-minded, collaborative, and professional individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours for site visits or briefings may be required.
