Project Coordinator Opportunity
This exciting opportunity is to support the expanding Cities and Planetary Health transdisciplinary research portfolio in a leading School of Architecture, Design and Planning (ADP).
As a key member of the team, you will provide operational project management support activities, including event organization and coordination of project materials. You will work closely with project teams to ensure successful project planning, implementation, and delivery.
* Perform project management tasks, such as task scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring;
* Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements;
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience;
* Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination in the higher education sector;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within and outside the University;
