About the Role As Concierge, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office — welcoming clients, supporting agents, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and warmth. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting clients and managing front-of-house presentation Handling incoming calls and enquiries with confidence and professionalism Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing property presentations Supporting the sales team with administration and campaign preparation Managing CRM data entry and maintaining accurate records Assisting with open home preparation and general office operations About You This role is ideal for someone motivated to build a long-term career in real estate. You may come from hospitality, retail, customer service, or a corporate reception background.
