We are representing a Tier 1 Dispute Resolution team in Sydney who is seeking a Solicitor to join their leading practice.
This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, complex commercial disputes, alongside some leading partners in the industry.
The role
You will undertake a range of work that supports local, national and international clients. Advise clients in every industry sector including banking and insurance, mining and energy, technology, pharma and private equity.
Key responsibilities
* Work closely with senior lawyers, gaining exposure to local, national, and international clients across diverse sectors.
* Take ownership of files, identify issues, provide practical solutions, and contribute to excellent client service.
* Play a key role in developing business opportunities and building client relationships.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Australia and internationally.
About you
* 2–3 years' experience in commercial litigation, from either a leading private practice or in-house environment.
* An excellent academic record and strong legal skills paired with practical, solution-focused thinking.
* A proactive mindset, ability to work collaboratively and independently, and the drive to contribute to a market-leading practice.
* Strong communication skills, collegiality, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
