Community Living Australia is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Officer to join our Marketing & Communications team during an exciting time of change for both the organisation and the sector. Based at our Mount Barker Head Office just 15 minutes from the freeway, this role offers flexibility, work-from-home arrangements, and the possibility of part-time hours for the right candidate.
About Us
Community Living Australia is a not-for-profit organisation committed to empowering people with disability to live full and independent lives. We've been supporting people across regional South Australia for over 30 years, through a person-centred approach, strong community partnerships, and a focus on real impact.
As a member of our marketing team, you'll work closely with regional teams and clients to shine a light on the voices of people with disability, support local engagement, and help shape a stronger presence across the state.
What You'll Be Doing
In this hands-on and varied role, you'll:

- Create and coordinate engaging social media content and community stories
- Support regional teams with marketing tools, templates and event logistics
- Assist with content development and graphic design for print and digital channels
- Maintain our library of marketing resources and CRM data
- Respond to internal requests and help ensure brand consistency
- Contribute to campaigns that give a platform to people with disability, our teams and community and find ways to amplify and celebrate their stories.

What You'll Bring

- Qualifications or relevant experience in marketing, communications or design.
- Skills in social media, writing, and/or tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills, time management, and an eye for detail
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for community impact
