Web Development Manager – Job Description


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Manager to lead, manage, and scale our digital platforms across multiple brands. This role is responsible for overseeing website development, performance, security, UX, and ongoing innovation while managing internal developers and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, development, and ongoing improvement of all company websites and web platforms
* Manage and mentor in-house developers and external agencies
* Oversee frontend and backend development (performance, scalability, security)
* Ensure websites are fast, reliable, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimised
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver business-driven digital solutions
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and priorities
* Implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment
* Monitor website analytics, performance, and user experience
* Ensure platform integrations (CRM, ERP, payment gateways, APIs) are stable and scalable

Key Skills & Experience

* Proven experience managing web development teams
* Strong knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, frameworks, CMS platforms)
* Experience with eCommerce, B2B portals, or high-traffic websites
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Ability to align technical outcomes with business goals

IT Manager – Job Description


Position Overview

We are looking for a highly capable IT Manager to oversee all IT systems, infrastructure, security, and support operations across the business. This role ensures technology systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware, software)
* Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and system backups
* Lead IT support operations and ensure fast resolution of technical issues
* Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and software licenses
* Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards
* Plan and implement system upgrades and technology improvements
* Support business systems including POS, ERP, CRM, accounting, and cloud platforms
