About The Role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient financial operations across Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and month-end support. You'll work closely with Finance, People & Culture, and the broader Corporate Services team to ensure smooth financial workflows and compliance with funding and audit requirements. Please Note: This is a fixed term, part time role (0.4 FTE) – 2 days per week until 18th December 2026. Key Responsibilities
About
Process invoicing, revenue receipts, and customer payments; reconcile to bank and ledgers. Maintain accounts receivable, including monthly reconciliations and aged debt follow-up. Prepare month-end schedules and support reconciliations, reporting, and audit readiness. Assist with budgeting/forecasting data and general finance support, including accounts payable processing. Provide helpful support to internal teams and maintain strong attention to detail in all transactions. About You You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing precision with teamwork. You'll bring:
3+ years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance operations role. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance (or higher qualification preferred). Strong Excel and reconciliation skills, with exposure to Sage or aXcelerate highly regarded. A commitment to accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
