The Opportunity
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has an opportunity for a Trades Assistant to join the team located on Wheatstone, WA. Chevron operates one of the world’s largest LNG projects producing both natural gas for the domestic market and LNG for export internationally. You’ll play a key role in keeping our accommodation cool and comfortable by performing high‑impact bag cleans on upwards of 1,000 air‑conditioning units across site. You will also be utilised across the other trade disciplines with various labouring tasks as required.
About You
* Current WA Driver’s Licence
* White Card / Construction Induction
* Prior experience with performing bag cleans on air conditioners is advantageous
* Demonstrated experience in the safe use of hand tools and equipment
Physically fit and capable of performing a hands-on, physically demanding role
