- Tesla is looking for a motivated Vehicle Readiness Specialist to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world.
- In this position, you will be part of Tesla's Vehicle Readiness Specialist Team. The team comes into action straight after our cars have arrived from the factory. It all starts with the inspection of the car, administrative follow-up and preparation of the vehicle for delivery. Everything is done with the team's goal in mind, which is to ensure that all Tesla vehicles are in perfect shape to be handed over to the owner of the car - our highly

What You'll Do
- Performing inspection, and functional checks of Tesla vehicles in accordance to Tesla standards
- Safely operate a variety of hand, power, and workshop tools
- Perform equipment inspections, and adjustments as necessary
- Maintain records of time, expenses and materials
- Order shop supplies and parts
- Help maintain cleanliness of shop floor
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Support technicians in other parts of the business where needed
What You'll Bring
- PDI related experience preferred
- Experience with methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Experience with operating and maintenance of a wide variety of hand, power and shop tools
- Experience with vehicle test equipment and ability to follow diagnostic processes an advantage
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders, this includes third parties
- Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a Vehicle Readiness Specialist
- Flexibility towards a fast-changing environment and processes
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurable
