Due to increased business demands, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support their high-performing order management team on a temporary basis.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service professional with strong coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Responding to general customer enquiries regarding new and pending orders
- Using SAP, Salesforce (or similar ERP/CRM systems), and Outlook to manage customer communications and workflow
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively and promptly
- Tracking and tracing deliveries via spreadsheets – strong Excel skills are essential
- Maintaining customer master data and assisting with pricing management
- Providing updates to clients on delivery performance, consignment status, and tracking reports
- Ensuring high attention to detail when handling data to maintain accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
- Working to meet KPIs and SLAs consistently
- Supporting additional customer service tasks as required by the business
About you
- Experience in a similar order management or customer service role
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Prior experience in transport, supply chain, or logistics industries is highly regarded
